Not long before we started Oneiroid Psychosis, Leif basically locked himself in an attic room with little more than a sampler, a TV set, and a four track recorder. The resulting disjointed noise collage sat on a shelf for several months until Lars decided to transfer the sounds onto a digital eight track, while adding new samples and sound processing effects. These experiments were released in a very limited quantity on Feedback and are no longer available. But we may release it in the future. These sound spectrums shift from dreamy hypnotic watercolor loops, to jazzy nightclub-in-hell rhythms, to grinding mechanical nightmares.
